I’m Michelle, and I’m a 47 years young mom-of-two! I’ve tried Weight Watchers, Intermittent Fasting, Paleo diet, Keto/Atkins diet and many of the popular “fat loss programs” like Nutrisystem, Jenny Craig, P90X and Beach Body that required heavy dieting and workouts which only brought minimal and temporary success.


After doing my research I realized that this is because they only target “fat loss” which is actually the symptom to the real root cause of why unwanted fat accumulation is happening in the first place. It’s because of this root cause that I had become an overweight pre-diabetic with hypertension, and I truly was ashamed of it.
